About Me

My name is G’vanni Whyte, I am a family nurse practitioner, so that just means I am qualified to take care of men and women throughout the lifespan. However I am an OB/GYN nurse practitioner – or a women’s health nurse practitioner. I take care of girls and women – pregnant and non pregnant. So obviously I made a choice!

I’ve always wanted to work in women’s health! I was always intrigued with the my own body, all the things that our bodies put us through lol and all the amazing thing our bodies allow us to do! During nursing school, I fell in love with Labor and Delivery nursing as I expected I would, and upon graduating I started working as a Labor and Delivery nurse supporting laboring mamas, catching baby after baby. 2 years in I started school to become a nurse practitioner, and now I’m a certified doctorally prepared nurse practitioner.

I have a passion for prevention and writing about women’s health topics in a way that’s easy to read, fun, and interesting! I think its so important to empower yourself with information about your body.

Don’t forget your morning pill .
